In February 2018, Kenneth Allston handed over Tri County Builders to Chad Garner of Wise Choice Construction, LLC. For over 15 years, Ken relied on Chad's expertise for his own home renovation projects. He trusted him as a professional businessman and partner before deciding to hand the business over to Chad and retire from home building.
