Update on Lake Lure. The sketchy metal spiral staircase is gone and interior stairs framed, plumbing upgrade is nearly complete and master bath and master closet redo is well on its way and foundation reinforcement is complete.
Demolition is nearly done in Lake Lure. Cannot wait to start putting this basement back together. I am so happy we tore this one to the studs there was so much hidden damage.
