What is the success rate of students that attend iec with your company? Do you provide a good safe learning enviroment for your employed students? If a employed student shows concern about, work enviroment, conditions, saftey, possible dangerous results, how is there concern handled? If a employed students tools are stolen at worksite what is done? If a employed students vehicle is damaged while at work what is done?, if all this occurs and nothing is done, do you still expect the employed student to continue employment, and state that he or she will be required to pay back money paid towards school and keep there final check? Does your company reconsider possibly wrongful actions and measures taken after the fact or do they stand firm to there decision even if you are in the wrong, and no matter how much attention, is brought to the situation, ?
