Kevin Kirsch New Homes

Kevin Kirsch New Homes was founded in 2010 with a clear mission: to redefine the homebuilding experience through exceptional service and personal commitment. With 27 years of industry experience, our founder Kevin Kirsch has built a reputation for being present throughout every stage of construction, from initial orientation to final closing. We prioritize maintaining a personal connection with clients, ensuring they feel supported long after the sale. Our approach combines architectural expertise, hands-on leadership, and a dedication to exceeding client expectations. As a locally rooted company serving Savannah, Pooler, Springfield, Effingham County, and Statesboro, we focus on creating homes that reflect both quality craftsmanship and the unique needs of our clients.

Our teams deep understanding of regional markets, coupled with Kevins leadership on the Homebuilders Association of Savannahs Board of Directors, reinforces our commitment to industry excellence. We stand apart by offering direct access to our builders personal contact information, guaranteeing transparency and responsiveness. Every home we build reflects our philosophy of doing things right the first time, leaving an unforgettable impression through extraordinary service. This dedication has earned us a stellar reputation, steady growth through referrals, and recognition as a trusted name in new home construction. Our goal remains unchanged: to help families achieve their dream of homeownership while maintaining the personal approach that defines our company.
