We follow a 13 step process to help ensure your home is built affordably, efficiently and with the utmost care. Next we will evaluate your land for site preparation, soil conditions and water and power availability. This evaluation will allow us to estimate your land improvement costs.

When you're in the market for a brand new home and just don't have the time or patience to wait for a home to be built, a Quick Move In home is just the thing due to the relatively short time from completion to closing and being able to move into your new home! Custom building a new home can take anywhere from five to seven months and that's not the case with our quick move in homes; all the benefits of a brand new home without the wait.
