Our inventory homes still remain the best value, but inventory and selection have definitely decreased over the past several months. If you can't find what you are looking for in our inventory let us build you a new home. The good news is the price of our new construction has gotten much lower over the past several months. In addition Charlotte County rolled back impact fees to 1998 levels, a positive step in lowering the cost of newly constructed housing. This roll back puts impact fees at a flat $2,510 for a single family home and helps any new buyer save thousands on the cost of a new home.
