NEVEER ONCE in building this house did Bob come to it. NEVER ONCE did he meet with us at our home. He did not follow the blueprints and cheapened the substructure of the beams and joists. I now have cracking and sinking floors. My builder grade windows have deteriorated and I now face a $45,000 window replacement possibility. We did not find out about the window "take" until after the statute of limitations on builders ran out. Under threat of being sued he did do a partial fix of the beams. When we built, we paid thousands for the window upgrade to Jeld-Win's best windows. Ask Bob why we did not get them after paying him for them. Ask Bob why he does not build in Kahite, Tellico Village, anymore. Why did he suddenly disappear? And yes, I can name others who had similar experience's with Bob Reed Builders.
Be very wary of this builder.

Bob Reed Builders is a great company. Bob has a TON of knowledge that covers just about any situation that can occur in building and renovation. I've been very impressed with him both professionally and as a person, and really enjoy interacting with him.
