The design center is where we begin transforming your new house into your new home. With the assistance of our design consultant you will create the personal touches that reflect your own style and personality. The Design Center is open by appointment only. We want to make sure that you get the individualized time and attention that you deserve to make these very important decisions, so please anticipate the session to run approximately three hours. During your color session, your design consultant will review your home plan, talk about choices and upgrades and assist you in selecting your cabinets, backsplash, flooring, interior paint color, exterior paint color, bathroom tiles, pavers, fixtures and shingles.*
