I highly recommend Pettis Builders, LLC for your building or remodeling needs. We had a water leak which caused damage to our entire downstairs. Once the remediation was complete, four months later, Trey and his team worked around the clock to get us back in our home. They finished ahead of schedule by several weeks. That part meant the world to our family of five. Aside from getting us back home so fast the workmanship is incredible. Pettis Builders did an outstanding job on EVERYTHING! Our home is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you to Trey Pettis and the entire team for rebuilding our downstairs and making our home a home again. Trey also worked with our insurance company which was a major help and took a lot of stress off of us. Pettis Builders is the best general contractor I have engaged. They live up to their reputation of integrity, no excuses, quality workmanship at a competitive price. They completed a residential remodel and pool-house expansion for us. They were proactive in communicating project progress. They anticipated and addressed issues that arise with any remodel. They understand how to manage a project from inception to completion. Their sub-contractors performed quality work on schedule. It was a pleasure working with Trey and Chad. My experience with working with Pettis Builders has been top notch. He has great ideas and is very honest. Personally, I have been involved in real estate deals with Trey Pettis and actually bought one of his personal custom built homes. My family enjoyed all the extra touches, millwork and finishes he thought through. Trey and Brandi Johnson Pettis went above on things most builders wouldn't to make sure I was happy. As a Realtor, I have since led several clients who wish to build a custom home to Trey Pettis as well when they are considering high quality builders in our area they can trust.
