Established in 1997, BCS Design, Inc. is a full-service architectural firm providing a wide range of services to clientele ranging from school districts and municipalities to worldwide corporations, developers and homeowners. With expected completion of Phase I in April 2018, the Blackhawk apartments will offer 124 living units consisting of 5 different 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans located within 4 individual buildings.
