Thermo-Scan Inspections, an independent energy management company reviews the plans and specifications of your home before construction begins. TSI inspects the building envelope to ensure the insulation is complete and consistent to maximize comfort in your new home. Before moving into your new home, TSI conducts a final energy inspection. This includes a Digital Thermal Bypass Inspection Report, testing the ductwork for air leakage, code compliance documentation, and a Home Energy Rating Score (HERS Score).
