We have experience in custom homes, custom remodeling (including kitchens, baths, room renovations, and additions) and we also have had a large amount of experience with landscape structures. I grew up on a dairy farm in SW Michigan, building, inventing, and creating the necessary recreation toys and structures that allowed us to enjoy what little free time we had after farm work was completed. Hay bale forts, tree houses, wooden battleships and lunar modules gave us experience with wood and an appreciation of spatial relationships in various structures, especially timber framed haymows. Early in my career I combined dairy farming with building construction, working with numerous talented individuals who helped me grow as a carpenter.
