Patrick Connelly, Founder and President of Mora Builder's Inc., a second generation builder who grew up in the construction industry, working for his father's firm as a teenager and learning the ropes from the bottom up. After college, Patrick continued in the industry working for several major companies building everything from new homes, condominiums to strip malls. With the end of 2020, we also come to the end of my term as your SSHBA President. Your trust and faith in me to lead this organization is most appreciated.
The SouthWest Suburban Home Builders Association (SSHBA) is a professional organization representing and promoting the interest and advancement of the home building industry. As members of the SouthWest Suburban Home Builders Association (SSHBA), we are also members of the Home Builders Association of Illinois (HBAI), and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Collectively we strive to provide a forum to support the industry through proactive leadership and education. The SSHBA promotes high standards, professionalism and service within the building industry and supports the American dream of home ownership.
