Frank Roggio, Owner of Artista Home Builders, has been in the business since 1976 when his stepfather founded Southridge Construction, a home remodeling company. In 1995 the company's focus turned to building custom homes and Southridge Homes Inc. was born. For more than 15 years Frank built luxury homes in Des Moines and the surrounding suburbs. In 2011, Artista Home Builders was born to bring new life to the Des Moines home building industry. As a second-generation builder and Des Moines native, Frank offers a decidedly hands- on, artistic style with extensive construction experience.
