Kerry Condon started Vintage Homes, Inc. in 1996 on the premise that "home building can be enjoyable." This continues to be the driving force behind his work today. He believes that building a home should be an uplifting experience and to build a custom home offers his clients the opportunity to create their own unique statement. Home building has been a part of Kerry's life since his high-school years. He worked for his father, Mike, an area builder for over 40 years. Kerry received his degree in Applied Science in Construction Technology from Kirkwood Community College in 1992.
