Highgate Builders works with a number of architects, engineers and designers. In order to provide our clients with exceptional service and flexibility from the very start of their project, through to completion. We partner with many custom home architects to offer a professionally managed design-build process. Upon architect selection we assist in all aspects of pre-construction including design schedule, finish selections, permit applications, and budget oversight. The answer depends on a number of factors, including: quality of appliances, materials used, and the actual size of the space itself.
