My passion for home building began early. I received my degree in Construction Administration from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and I have been building custom homes for over thirty years. The goal of Giordana Home Builders is to treat customers in a way that they themselves would want to be treated. It is about respect, honesty, and trust. Giordana Home Builders uses a cost-plus or percentage basis which means providing line item costs for every element of the project, letting customers have final approval of every penny spent. So while many others take a set-price, bottom line approach to building homes, Giordana Home Builders is more interested in earning your trust than earning a huge profit.
