Sioux Falls Builders Exchange was started in 1954. We served the community and became a well-known source for architectural, construction, and contracting support. The company continued to succeed and in 1996 we moved into 801 Blackhawk Ave. in Sioux Falls. Eight years later, we moved to our current location at 1418 C Ave. Today, SFBX is owned and operated by Darryl \"Shorty\" Grotewold. Our memberships are a rapid source of growth for us, and continue to multiply daily. Our qualified members are welcomed to use our planning/drafting room to accommodate their needs, while planning for current and upcoming projects.
