Mike Rathgeb is founder & owner of Spencer Homes. While attending SIUE, graduating with a degree in Finance, Mike worked in the residential construction & development industry. Those early experiences remained with him throughout a long corporate career. In the spring of 2005, Spencer Homes was born. Since that time, Mike has been focused on building quality homes as well as making the custom home building process simpler and more enjoyable for clients. Spencer Homes is the only area builder to offer each client their own personal design & selections consultant, a budget coordinator and a cloud based project management tool available 24/7 to our customers.
