This beautiful custom home sits atop a deep ravine overlooking the picturesque Oak Ridge Country Club in Minnetonka. White-stained rustic alder and reclaimed clay brick meet subway tile and glass in this fun blend of new and old. Inspiration for this home came from the clients previous homes in Colorado, Atlanta, and Manhattan. Our favorite part of the home is a NYC inspired bar in the lower level. Beauty and detail abound in this modern storybook cottage. From the curved roofline and towering stone chimney to the gravity defying cantilevers; every aspect of this home was fun to design.
