Eid-Co Homes builds single-family homes in West Fargo, Fargo, Moorhead, and surrounding communities, and specializes in one-level patio homes for retirees and young professionals. Patio homes have generous square footage, 2-3 stall garages, lawn care and snow removal included, and have lots of storage space. Our company has been a staple in the Fargo-Moorhead and surrounding communities for 67 years. The company started in 1951, building affordable homes for soldiers returning from war. Since then we have built 5000 homes.

Eid-Co Homes originally started as Eid Brothers Construction in 1951 and focused on building affordable homes for the soldiers returning from war. Today, under the leadership of 3rd generation builder, Jason Eid, Eid-Co Homes still works to provide affordable housing and home ownership to the community. As a pioneer and industry leader, Eid-Co Homes has grown through the years by employing innovative techniques which enhance the livability, energy-efficiency and affordability of our homes. We constantly strive to improve in providing quality homes for today and for years to come.
