Dale Sauer is a hands-on builder operating as owner, business manager, and project manager at all times constructing conventional, timber frame, and SIP panel homes on your land or on one of his lots. When you hire Dale to build your home, you work directly with him throughout the entire process. In 1981 he began his construction career in the lumber, brick, and window industries before joining one of the largest custom home building companies in San Antonio in 1993. From 1993 to early 1999, he was responsible for managing and scheduling 14 to 22 homes per year as Vice President of Construction.
