Jeff Dworkin, the President of JLD Custom Homes, has been in the business of building new homes for over 30 years. Before starting JLD Custom Homes, Jeff was a Division President for one of the largest builders in the Metroplex. Tuesday evening the Dallas BA office suffered catastrophic damage from a frozen and broken fire sprinkler pipe. The entire building flooded with up to 9 inches of water and large parts of the ceiling on the west wing has collapsed.
This is getting worse and will continue to increase the price of new homes! Hopefully the cold snap in the Midwest and Northeast will have the typical seasonal affects of slowing construction, but demand in Southeast and Southwest continues to grow!
