So I had work done in my house almost a year ago from now. I rated this a 3 not because of the work that was done since my husband and I were satisfied with his work but because of his promise (owner Fabio Mendes) to fix any problems that would arouse from his work that was done. We are very disappointed that we gave him a project of more than 60k and can't even come to fix some things that need repairs from his job knowing that he guaranteed his work. My husband and I have been trying to contact him to come and fix his problems that we are now stuck with and he just keeps on saying to us that he is extremely busy this is not the guarantee we were expecting we would get from him by always having us on hold. So people if you want to contract them just make sure you have in mind that yes they do an awesome job but very very poor on keeping their promises with guaranteeing their work
