After retiring as the Fire Chief of Eagle Fire and Rescue in Eagle, ID after 28 years of service, Mike Winkle joined forces with his wife Kim to complement her 20 years of residential construction experience to become Syringa Construction of Idaho. From foundation to shingles, Mike and Kim never settle for mediocrity and constantly challenge themselves to achieve perfection in their work.
