Timberbeam Construction, Inc., led by Sean Atkinson, President, has over 20 years of experience in building homes. He began as a carpenter in 1993 and worked his way up, gaining valuable experience in all areas of local home building. The team builds custom homes, log homes, garages, and additions. The Timberbeam team meets with every client and personally oversees the development of the plans, estimates costs, and oversees the actual home construction. Sean and his staff work year round. Dan Atkinson, General Manager, has 46 years experience building in Flagstaff, managing projects, onsite supervision and client meetings.
Sean Atkinson is an experienced log home builder. The logs for our homes are obtained through a quality dealer who also provides log home plans and engineering services. Our log homes are tightly constructed, and therefore easy to heat in our Northern Arizona climate. Logs are available in different wood types, diameters, and profiles. We also offer many custom options, such as log railings, log ceiling beams, wood ceilings, log stairs, and sheetrock interiors.
