This is a respectable company. They looked at our energy usage to recommend what we needed. They completed the work quickly and neatly and as promised. We have the battery backup which was great as we had a recent power failure in our area and the whole system worked as designed.
Got us all excited about going solar. Said our panel was good size and would work. Then the technician came out and said the panel would not work. Here come the extra charges. $3,000 for a panel upgrade. Then he left a message saying he will make it work. Now he calls and says that we need another $10,000 just to begin work on upgrading the panel. Very disappointed in these guys. Watch out for these hidden charges after you sign on the dotted line.
