Pioneer West Homes was established in 2004 and quickly set a new standard in home building. Our goal was to build high quality, energy efficient homes which include - as standard features - items that most builders considered as upgrades. We wanted to introduce a management philosophy which includes a detailed budgeting process, a schedule that dictates all aspects of the project, and a quality control system that ensures the integrity of the construction. Another goal was to provide a design and build process in-house.
