Using an artistic approach with unparalleled construction techniques, we have completed more than 100 successful projects, ranging from an Old World, French Chateau-style home to the remodeling of the largest existing adobe residence in Northern California. Tony Yaconelli spent several decades as a finish carpenter working on iconic Saratoga and Los Gatos homes.

From initial design concept to the very last finishing touches, Pacific Builders is passionate about constructing dream homes for their clients. Pacific Builders has restored iconic local homes and buildings, including Saratoga's historic McCarty House, Casa Tierra and noted architect Birge Clark's Peach Hill home, bringing together age-old craftsman techniques with modern technology and problem-solving.

Pacific Builders remodeled the original McCarty home, which had fallen into disrepair. Working with the guidance of the Saratoga Historic Society, we saved the entire front porch, elevation, and roof of the front structure. Siding, trim and detailing was carefully matched. Although a large basement was set underneath the original building, we added nearly 3,000 square feet of new construction to blend seamlessly with the original structure. Pacific Builders was invited to remodel Casa Tierra in the early 1980s.

With almost 40 years of building experience, a formal education in architecture, design and business management, Pacific Builders delivers a signature level of craftsmanship to each fine home and renovation. We are immersed in the overall design, detailing, on-site coordination and final construction of every project. We have created custom cabinets and windows, hand-fabricated rails, hand-hewn beams, custom floors, specialty built-ins such as hidden bookcases, entertainment centers, handmade tiles, custom colored stucco, hand-forged wrought iron, integrated solar panels, radiant flooring, carved stone mantles and more.
