Born and raised in the Matanuska Susitna Valley, Robert (Rob) is a 3rd generation carpenter whose family history in the valley runs back to the early 1940's. At the age of 20 Rob teamed up with his brother and built and sold his first Spec home. At the age of 24 he established Robert Yundt Homes and has since built and sold close to 100 projects around the Valley, most of which were "pre-sold" and range in size from Single Family to 32 Unit Projects. Having been an Award Winning Member of the Mat-Su Homebuilders Association for years, Rob knows that building the perfect product takes the help and feedback of the client.
