Mark Woodbridge is a 26-year veteran in real estate and mortgage banking. As the former Director of Sales for Builders Capital, Mark lead our Loan Officers across multiple Western states in the highly successful growth of Builders Capital. Mark has been a fund manager for several private equity funds, managed a mortgage branch for a west coast mortgage bank and was the owner of his own mortgage brokerage. Adding to his knowledge base is his personal, hands-on experience fixing and flipping dozens of properties, developing raw land to lots and building new construction.
