The Builders Association is a provider of the 16-hour at home study course which is required prior to registering for the Oregon Construction Contractors Board examination. The Builders Association offers classes to fulfill the EPA's Renovate, Repair and Painting rule currently in effect. This rule requires Renovator Certification in Lead Safe Work Practices for anyone disturbing paint in houses build prior to 1978. The Southern Oregon Home Show (SOHS) is the LARGEST dedicated home-centric event in our region.
