So a couple years ago I made an appointment for Bob Waters to come to my home in Pittsford to look at an issue with water entering my basement. I had quotes from other companies for about 20k- 35k for repairs to supposedly remedy the situation and I mentioned them to him while we were talking. Upon his inspection he noticed a gutter with a tiny tear in it and said go to Home Depot get the parts ($5) and fix that and that will solve your issues. Well I did and it's been fine ever since. Should I ever need anything done these guys will get my business. It's hard to find honest hardworking contractors these days. Not sure if he remembers but I was like 10 minutes late because of traffic and he was slightly upset yet he still went out of his way to help me out and potentially save me TONS of money. For that reason alone I refer him to all my peers, family and friends. Keep up the good work and thanks again! And Bob thank you also for serving our country in the US Army!
