Yesterday there was a heat advisory and when I got home from work I discovered that the AC in my house was not working. It was 92 in the house. I called 72 degrees and they were able to send a technician out in less than 24hrs even though they were extremely busy with all of the service calls due to the extreme heat. Bryce was able to quickly find the problem and had it fixed in no time. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with confidence. I am very satisfied with the prompt and courteous service that I received and I will continue to use 72 Degrees.
