In the Benevento providence of Italy, the Perugini family has been in the tile and marble business for over 3 generations. In 1990, Rocco Perugini started Perugini Tile & Marble as a tile installer carrying on the family tradition here in the United States. Then after several years of learning the ins and outs of the tile industry and mastering his craft as a tile installer, Rocco opened a showroom in 1997. He wanted a place where he could meet with his customers and assist them with their designs, color selections, etc.

Today marks 25 years I opened my first showroom. My first employee was my sister Gilda who I paid hardly nothing but she was so happy to put her life on hold to help me jumpstart mine. We lost her this summer I think of her everyday and I miss her so much! Thank you little sis!!
