This is by far the worst place I have ever worked. Questionable management decisions, high employee turnover rate, unsafe working practices / conditions (work performed under suspended loads - poor air quality - cement/silica dust) and a terribly dysfunctional Human Resources Dept. OSHA would probably have some fun at the Woodland plant.
