Although our specialty is Tile and Slate Roofing systems we also have crews that are considered to be experts installing metal roofing systems as well as complex shingles roof systems. Each one of our employees has more than five years of experience in the industry and our superintendents and project managers are required to have more than 10 years of experience.
Although we specialize in the installation of all types of steep slope roofing systems, our crews are true craftsman when it comes to the installation of slate roof system. Regardless of the slope or the details required our crews will install a near perfect installation every time. We are considered to be one of the nation's most experienced slate installation contractors, and we are the only contractor in the region that has been approved to install a foam applied system. It doesn't matter if the project is a large scale residential house with a low slope or a hotel with a 12 over 12 pitch, our crew will take the steps necessary to install every ridge, every valley, and every details to the highest possible degree of craftsmanship.
Although our crews are considered to be experts in the installation of clay tile and slate tile roofing systems; we also can install a wide variety of architectural metal roofing systems as well. From standing seam panels to flat metal roofing our crews can handle the project. In addition, we can also install metal wall panels and all types of metal soffit and fascia panels as well. Of course we have crews that specialize in the installation of shingle roof systems as well as cedar shakes. Although we do not normally do residential work in this area, we do install shingle and shake systems on commercial, industrial and educational facilities. Our work in this area has much to do with the size of the project and the complexity of the work involved. Over the years we have determined we cannot be competitive with two men and a pickup truck. However if the project is of the right size and scale, to where the majority of our competition is of a similar size, then we can offer a competitive price.
