Awesome service and workmanship. Very knowledgable and helpful. Reasonably priced. Did work up and above what was necessary. Very easy to work with and very attentive to our needs. Couldn't have asked for anything more. They remodeled our beach condo and it looks fabulous. The neighbors in the complex raved about how nice and considerate the crew was working on our floors. We live in a different state and we had no worries what so ever. Everything was handled by Wes and Andy. I would highly recommend Cottingham tile.

Wes & Andy and their whole crew did an outstanding job of not only rebuilding our leaky shower and bedroom floor (due to the leak) from the ground up, but also put in new hardwood floors (while we were fixing one thing, just go all-in) throughout the house. They were diligent about cleaning up before they left each day, and the final job was spotless and we love what they did on the tile-work, the hardwood, and the carpeting.

I can't say enough good things. We've had some unfortunate experiences with sub-contractors, but our experience with Cottingham was professional from start to finish. They worked us into their schedule and did an amazing job. Friendly, skilled, amazing work. Highly recommend!!
