We only use truck mounted powered, hot water, high vacuum extraction for all carpet cleaning jobs. Here is a picture of a job that was performed in Sacramento CA. Before cleaning the tile and grout was very dirty from the home of a family of 5 with 3 large dogs The homeowner had no idea her tile and grout floor was this dirty prior to cleaning and was shocked at how clean we made the floor look. Bill did a great job cleaning and sealing our tile floors. He took the time to tape up the baseboards before he sprayed, scrubbed, and pressure washed the tile and grout. We have fairly porous tiles in our kitchen that collected a lot of dust and grime from the previous owner, and Bill worked up a sweat getting out as much of the gunk as he could.

Here is a job where the customer had a very common dilemma. She was selling her 3000 sq ft house where the dog urinated in only the great room and hall repeatedly. Carpet replacement was out of the question as the cost would have been too high. I decided to propose treating the urine effected areas (most of the entire carpet). We use specialized chemicals that contain enzymes. These enzymes digest urine. We then removed the carpet pad - placed fans to assist in drying the carpet overnight. We then sealed the concrete - installed new carpet pad, sealing the back of the carpet, re installed the carpet.
