Downeast Woodworks builds custom cabinetry for homes and businesses throughout New England. Owners Sean and Kris have been working together since 1993 to bring your woodworking ideas to life. Located on Route 1 in Freeport, our shop is equipped for any size job, from small bathroom vanities to full house custom cabinetry. We work closely with owners and contractors throughout the entire process to ensure all details of the finished project meet your every need. We take great pride in our level of craftsmanship and attention to detail, allowing your dreams to become a reality.
Our shop has a 21 kW solar array that produces up to 90% of our energy needs. We also have a 14kWh battery from Maine based Pika Energy. This is the first behind-the-meter demand shifting battery installed in Maine which allows us to produce and store our own solar energy.
