Our vision was to create a worker friendly environment with an emphasis on quality. A safe comfortable workshop with the equipment of a large corporation, but the flexibility of a small business. Detail Woodworking utilizes Lean Manufacturing - a unified, comprehensive set of philosophies, rules, guidelines, tools, and techniques for improving and optimizing discrete processes. This dedication results in quality products at a reasonable price. At Detail Woodworking technology has not replaced the craftsman.

All cabinet boxes are constructed with formaldehyde free plywood, joined with hardwood dowels, and assembled with our laser guided true square electronic case clamp. This construction keeps the boxes square during manufacture, shipping and installation. All shelves are thick. Fully adjustable, full depth, and supported by 3mm shelf pins. Visually better than the industry standard 5mm pins. Our premium kitchens come with recessed locking shelf pins, offering security and clean looks. Dovetail pullouts are full depth and adjustable.
