I have had the pleasure of working with cougar mechanical on both of my homes. I received excellent customer service from Katie, Tyler and Amy. They have helped me out when my furnace went out in the winter and had us up and running with heat in no time at all. We have had them replace two furnaces, air purifier, whole house humidifier, and a water heater. We also had them clean all of our air ducts. Tyler made sure we got top quality products at great prices.
They also went above the call of duty and made sure we received all of the available rebates and filed them for us. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for service and future purchases in the need arises.

Cougar Mechanical has serviced our furnace and A/C for many years. I recommend paying for both services at the same time to become a preferred customer. Last December our furnace quit working on the coldest day of the year. They came right out and repaired it. Their technicians have always been more than helpful. I recommend them!
