I recently remodeled an old farm house on the Rappahannock River. The renovation was extensive (from the foundation up), and we are completely satisfied. Balducci Builders constructed a driveway and carport for me. They were meticulous in detail, and lived up to and went beyond their commitment to me and the job. The project manager was excellent, and I found that he and the company adhered to the highest standards.

Next you'll meet with our draftsman or if necessary our architect to discuss everything from the big picture to the tiniest details such as closet size and sink placement. If necessary, we will meet with structural engineers and soil scientists to ensure superior safety for years to come. With plans in hand, we will all meet to talk about pricing, time frames, financing options, and selections. Upon entering a contract with Balducci, you'll be assigned your own project manager who will guide you through the entire process.

When the owners of this early 1900s home told us what they had in mind, we knew there would be challenges. But we love requests that put our architecture, design, building, and planning Home Addition skills to the test. Our task was to construct a two-story Home addition to the rear of the house, including a master bedroom suite upstairs and a kitchen/family room downstairs. A major part of the home addition job was re-working an existing HVAC system and adding another heat pump. Tie-ins were extremely difficult and time consuming, but our builders did a wonderful job right on schedule.
