I called Madison once we encountered a second leak on a relatively new roof. He came over within 48 hours, thoroughly evaluated both leaks, and fully explained his evaluation to me and my husband. We have no doubt his evaluation was skilled and accurate. He also told us that the problems should be covered by our warranty--essen tially eliminating his need to do the job.
