We partner with our customers from initial design all the way through installation, ensuring the success of each project. Our process begins with an on-location visit by our dedicated layout and design specialist, followed up by a professional 3-D drawing, then built in shop and installed by our experienced builders and installers.

Before beginning your project, our dedicated layout and design specialist will schedule an on-location visit to work with you in designing a layout of your store or office. Modern Designs will present and discuss different options and help guide you towards the best, most functional and most convenient layout for your new fixtures and cabinetry. After the layout is approved, we work with you to select cabinetry colors and types. We can also provide 3-D layouts so you can have a visual before building begins.
