Custom Cabinetry
We create tailored cabinetry solutions combining traditional Amish craftsmanship with modern design requirements. Our custom options include multiple door styles, finish choices, and specialized construction methods to match specific project needs. Each piece undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure dimensional accuracy and material integrity.
Plywood Construction
Our standard construction method utilizes premium plywood for cabinet boxes, providing superior strength and resistance to warping. This approach maintains structural integrity while allowing for precise customization of dimensions and configurations. The material choice ensures long-term durability in various environmental conditions.
Solid Wood Doors
Crafted from premium hardwoods, our doors feature solid construction with options for overlay or inset designs. The materials resist wear while maintaining aesthetic appeal through multiple finish options. Each door receives precision machining to ensure proper fit and smooth operation.
Maple Drawer Boxes
We construct drawer boxes using solid maple with dovetail joinery for maximum strength and longevity. The design incorporates soft-close mechanisms to prevent slamming while maintaining smooth gliding motion. Each drawer undergoes testing to verify load capacity and operational smoothness.
Premium Finishes
Our finishing process applies multiple coats of premium sealants to protect wood surfaces while enhancing natural grain patterns. Available in standard and custom color options, the system resists scratches and fading. The application follows strict environmental standards while maintaining aesthetic quality.
