When Bob and Dora decided to start their own business, they knew it wasn't going to be easy. They started by knocking on doors and fixingleaky roofs in their hometown of Whitehall, Michigan. With the help of their five sons, they expanded the business to Manistee, Michigan, in 1981. Over the years, they established a reputation for honesty and reliability, for making-and keeping-strong promises, and for delivering excellent service, especially when their customers needed it most. In 1996, Bob sold the company to his sons, who carried the business forward for the next two decades, until it was acquired by Jeremy Nowak in 2016.

We've been installing and repairing industrial roofs for a long time.

For the second question, all we ask is that you compare us to the competition. Talk to our references, do online research, examine the quality of our work and the professionalism of our people, evaluate the warranties (and the likelihood the company behind it will still be around to honor it). A roof doesn't always show its age. Since materials vary from builder to builder, a "30-year shingle" doesn't necessarily mean you won't run into problems. If you're getting close to the 20-year mark, it might be time for an inspection just to make sure you don't have a problem waiting for you.
