Our old heat pump died. We did the usual asking around for quotes for a replacement. Only Mike's bothered to show up ON TIME for their appointment! Mike's provided us with a very reasonable quote for the job and we were placed on the schedule. From start to finish, they were great about letting us know what was going on and for always being on time for any appointments. The work on the removal of the old system and installation of the new system was completed ahead of schedule, in an extremely professional manner. The installation looks perfect, they left the work area cleaner than they found it, and best of all, the new unit works perfectly. I can't find enough good words to do these folks justice. They are the best of the best.
