Our liquid polyurethane foam materials are fed through a proportioner which heats the two additives, mixes them and then sprays the foam onto the substrate. This completely seals out moisture due to its closed-cell structure, providing a seamless roofing membrane for your commercial building. When the application is complete, a protective elastomeric coating is applied to give the foam the needed protection from the sun's ultraviolet rays. Prior to installation, we thoroughly inspect each roof for structural integrity, moisture content and the potential for leaks.
