Tom Dillon is the Director of Operations for Datawatch Systems. He is responsible for the development and implementation of products and services offered to our clients. Mr. Dillon joined Datawatch Systems in 1993 and began his career, over 20 years ago, as an Installation/Service Technician, and has since held the titles of Project Manager, Installation Manager, and is currently the Director of Operations. He is a licensed master electrician, with a specialty in low-voltage, in Washington DC. Additionally, he is level III certified by NICET for Fire Alarm Systems.

Lauren "Laurie" Boegel has been a member of the Datawatch® team for the past 18 years. A native of the Washington metropolitan area, Ms. Boegel has more than 37 years of experience in the access control, security industry and was manager of Datawatch Central Station for 7+ years prior to heading up the systems programming group the next 4 years. Since 2004 Ms. Boegel is now responsible for all remote administrative services being provided to our clients. These include access card and key programming, system programming for new and existing customer sites as well as all administrative functions associated with maintaining on-going client databases and information.
